How can we help?

Everything you might want to know before you sign up — and everything you'll need once you're a client.

Packages & getting started

What you're buying, what we do for you, and how quickly it goes live.

What's included in each package?

FrontDesk Launch is built from seven services, and a package is a bundle of them. Depending on what you choose, a package can include:

  • Website — a custom, mobile-first site with booking, payments, an AI chat widget, maps and reviews built in
  • AI Receptionist — answers calls, books and reschedules appointments, handles FAQs and texts back missed calls
  • Reputation Management — automated review requests plus QR and NFC review cards
  • Marketing — Google, Facebook and Instagram ad management with creative and copywriting
  • Payments — terminals, tap-to-pay, online payments, payment links and invoicing
  • Growth Insights — a plain-English monthly report on what the platform earned you
  • Video Content — professional video for your site and social, refreshed monthly

Features vary by plan. The exact list for your package is set out on your order confirmation — see pricing for the current bundles, or features for the full breakdown of each service.

How does onboarding work?

This is a done-for-you service, so onboarding is mostly us doing the work and you approving it.

  • Kickoff call — we walk through your services, hours, pricing, how you like calls handled, and what you want the website to say
  • We gather assets — logo, photos, existing copy, your Google Business Profile and domain access. If you don't have some of these, we'll sort them out
  • We build — website, AI receptionist script and voice, review automation, payment setup, and anything else in your package
  • You review — we show you the site and let you hear the AI receptionist before anything goes live. You tell us what to change
  • Launch — we point the domain, switch on call handling, and confirm everything is working

You won't be handed a login and left to configure it yourself. The only thing we need from you is the kickoff call and your feedback at review.

How long until my site is live?

Most projects go live in 1–2 weeks from the kickoff call. Straightforward single-location builds are often done inside a week.

What moves the timeline: how quickly we get your photos and content, whether you already own a domain, how many rounds of changes you want at review, and whether your package includes ad campaigns or video, which are produced alongside the build.

The AI receptionist can usually start answering calls before the website is finished — we don't hold one back waiting on the other.

Your website & AI receptionist

Who owns what, how the AI actually handles a call, and how to get changes made.

Who owns my website and domain?

You do. Your domain is registered in your name and your business stays the owner of it, whether you brought it with you or we registered it for you during setup.

Your content — copy, photos, video we produced for you, your customer list and your reviews — is yours as well. We don't treat your online presence as leverage to keep you subscribed.

If you decide to leave, we'll release the domain and hand over your site content. Talk to us about the specifics of your build and we'll walk you through exactly what transfers.

How does the AI receptionist handle calls?

It answers the phone in a natural voice, using a script we build around your actual business — your services, prices, hours, policies and the questions you get asked most.

  • Books, reschedules and cancels appointments against your calendar
  • Answers common questions about services, hours, location and pricing
  • Captures caller details as a lead when it can't complete the request
  • Transfers to a real person when a call needs one — you set the rules for when
  • Texts back automatically if a call is ever missed
  • Sends you a written summary of each call
  • Keeps working after hours, on weekends and through holidays

It's designed to know its limits. If a caller asks something outside its script, it takes a message or hands off rather than guessing.

How do I request changes?

Email us or reach out through the contact page — no ticket system to learn, no change-request form to fill in.

Routine updates are part of your subscription: new prices, changed hours, a new service, swapping photos, updating the AI receptionist's script, seasonal promos on the site. Most are turned around in a couple of business days.

Larger pieces of work — a full redesign, a new set of pages, a new integration — we'll scope and quote before starting anything, so nothing appears on a bill unannounced.

Billing & your account

How you're charged, what's separate, and what happens if you want to stop.

How does billing work?

There are two parts: a one-time setup fee for the build, and a recurring monthly subscription for the services in your package. Both are quoted up front — setup pricing depends on the complexity of your project.

Two things are billed separately and never bundled into the subscription:

  • Advertising spend — your budget goes to Google or Meta directly, separate from our management fee
  • Payment processing rates — charged per transaction by the processor, not by us

You can upgrade your package at any time, and the change is prorated. Payment details are handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor — see our security page for how that works.

How do I cancel?

Email us or use the contact page and tell us you'd like to cancel. There's no retention maze and no phone tree — a person will confirm it.

Your services stay active through the end of the billing period you've already paid for. The one-time setup fee isn't refundable, since the build work is already done.

On the way out, your domain is released to you and we hand over your site content — see "Who owns my website and domain?" above. If something specific pushed you to cancel, we'd genuinely like to hear it.
