By using frontdesklaunch.com you agree to these terms. They apply to browsing the site and to submitting our contact or careers forms.
They are not your service agreement. If you become a client, the work we do, what it costs, the term, and how either side ends it are set out in the agreement you sign. Where these terms and that agreement disagree, the agreement wins.
We keep the site accurate, but it describes our services in general terms. Pricing, package contents and timescales shown here are indicative and may change. Nothing on this website is a binding offer — a quote becomes binding only when it's in a written agreement between us.
Where we describe outcomes other businesses have seen, those are examples, not promises about what your business will achieve.
Please don't:
If you find a security flaw, please tell us rather than exploiting it — see our Security page. We won't pursue action against anyone who reports a genuine issue in good faith.
The text, design, code and graphics on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own use. You may not republish them commercially, or present them as your own, without permission.
Client work is different: as set out on our Help Center, a client's domain and site content belong to that client, not to us.
When you submit a form, you confirm the details are yours to share and are accurate. We use them to reply to you — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what we do with them.
Don't send confidential information through a web form. If you need to share something sensitive, tell us and we'll arrange a better route.
We link to third parties — Google, Microsoft, our payment processors — where it's useful. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
We aim to keep the site up, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. Uptime commitments for client services, where they exist, are in the service agreement.
This website is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for loss arising from your use of it, or from relying on general information published here rather than on written advice we've given you directly.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site means accepting whatever's published here at the time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FrontDesk Launch is established, and disputes are subject to its courts. If you need the specific jurisdiction confirmed before entering an agreement, ask us and we'll put it in writing.
Questions about these terms: [email protected]. See also our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Ask us anything about the terms before you sign. We'd rather answer now than have it come up later.
